End-of-life care is one of the most emotional and vulnerable times a family can face. As a registered nurse, I offer calm, compassionate presence during moments when you just need someone there. I can help explain what to expect, translate medical updates, coordinate with providers, or simply be a steady hand when emotions run high. Whether it’s helping with symptom management questions, or supporting the family through difficult decisions, I’m here to hold space for your loved one — and for you. I’ll take time to understand your end of life wishes and explain your care options so you can make choices that truly reflect what matters most to you. We will discuss Advance Directives. As a registered nurse, I provide an added layer of care — not to replace other supportive measures. After each visit, I will email you a copy of your care plan that will capture our discussion. which may include what interventions you do and do not want, pain management, spiritual needs and symptom management.
